THE OWL’S NEST, is a purpose built ground floor, centrally heated holiday apartment sleeping 2 in great comfort, with an added option of a single put me up, if required. With its own secluded patio garden and secure of road parking. Situated on the edge of the New forest it is ideally located to be used as a base for touring the South Coast and the surrounding area including the city of Southampton.

 

 

 

The Patio Garden, is for the exclusive use of our guests. It is very spacious, and a sun trap in the summer. It is fully lit so it can be used at night time, and a wood burning Chimneya is provided to keep the evening chill away. There is a BBQ facility if you wish to use it. Sun loungers, table and chairs with parasol are provided and when the garden is in full bloom it is a riot of colour and on a beautiful sunny day it will be hard to tear yourself away from it. 

The Owl’s Nest, holiday apartment has been built and furnished with your personal comfort in mind in a semi rural location. It is a home from home with all the comforts of home. Marchwood is a small village on Hampshire’s coast and literally on the edge of the New Forest so we are ideally situated to be a base to explore the South coast and the New Forest. We are not far from the M27, so we are easy to get to and easy to find. There is rolling country side, historic forest, lovely beaches, historic towns and cities, quant villages, and numerous other attractions. Southampton is only 7 miles away, Bournemouth, Winchester, Portsmouth and Salisbury are no more then 30 miles away. Lets not forget The Isle of Wight which is only a ferry ride away (no passport needed).

Shopping, most of your needs can be meet in Marchwood, we have 3 pubs, a restaurant, chemist, hair dressers, post office/convenience store, Chinese & Indian take away, Fish & Chips and there is a Pizza delivery available as well. Asda and Tesco are only 10 minutes away by car.

 

Eating Out, there are numerous restaurants in our immediate area catering to all cuisines.

 

Entertainment, there are several cinemas, and night clubs in Southampton to cater to all tastes.
